The location was convenient for us. The check-in process was efficient and I appreciated the friendly staff. The bed in our room was spacious and good for resting after a long day. We enjoyed exploring the area around the hotel.

I was really concerned about the overall cleanliness, which could use significant improvement.

I did not stay this night, I had the wrong date reserved, I did stay the next night and was very pleased with the the motel. I did send an email addressing this issue as I couldn't cancel the reserved date and had to pay full price for the night I actually stayed, I requested a refund of my original payment to you. Please consider if you wish me to use your company in the future. Thank you.

price for room was great, bed was very comfortable.

cold shower, dirty floors, smell of urine by sink, nothing but carbs for breakfast.

What caused our problem was that we arrived at 1:30 PM and the check-in started at 3:00. So as we pulled up to the office and got out of the car and started in a male staff saw us before we got to the door and asked us what we needed and of course we said that we had a reservation. He simply and abruptly said that check-in was at 3:00 PM. We were told the same thing by the women inside. I realize that check-in times are necessary but the whole situation has caused me not to try that hotel again. I am not saying the service was bad just not handled very well in my opinion.

The room was spacious and well-decorated were great. I appreciated the nearby dining options for breakfast, especially the fresh coffee. Future guests should definitely check the bedding and facilities before settling in.

We enjoyed the nearby Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino and explored local shops. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved hanging out by the pool. Just a heads up.

One downside was the Wi-Fi in our room was spotty at times, a bummer when we wanted to plan our adventures.
